We left Fargo, ND on Tuesday, July 28 to start
our trek to the Missionary Training Center (MTC). We stopped in Yellowstone to
see Old Faithful! Art had never been there, so we decided to take a detour to
see it. The drive was beautiful going from Montana and down through the park. We
then met my cousin at her cabin in Island Park, Idaho. It was fun to visit with
them! They had recently returned from a mission to Nauvoo, Illinois. We continued
our trip to Pocatello to see more relatives before we met out daughter and her
family in Utah. We spent two days with her and then our dear friend Tammy
from Colorado flew out to spend time with us and to drive back to Nevada with
Ashley and her two girls. Eric had to return to start his second year in
medical school.
